    Technical tips:

    • If clicking the image links doesn't open the stream:
      • Copy-and-paste the URL instead. To do this:
        1. Right-click on the image (or Ctrl-click, on Mac) and select the "Copy Link" or "Copy Address" option.
        2. In your media player application, find a menu option called "Open URL" or "Open Location" or "Open Network" (usually in the File menu) and click on it.
        3. Use the [Control-V] or [Cmd-V] keyboard shortcut to paste the copied address into the dialogue box then press return.
    • If your media player has problems playing the video (you may only be able to hear the audio):
      • Ensure your media player software is updated to the latest version, and try again.
      • Try using VLC if you have not already tried it. It is particularly recommended for Linux users but is also useful for Windows/Mac users.
